Master’s student

research Project

Our lab uses wet-lab and dry-lab approaches to systematically characterize genetic alterations to non-protein-coding regions which affect the progression of gastroesophageal cancers. I am interested in investigating structural genomic variants which impact the chromatin landscape and gene expression by altering or amplifying the action of non-coding regulatory elements.

Research interests

Chromatin biology, cancer genetics, enhancer hijacking
